We offer law enforcement and first responder training in bomb technician operations, K9 explosives detection and handler development, post-blast investigation and forensics, radiation detection and identification (including RIID and PRD operations), X-ray imaging and interpretation, bomb threat analysis, and walk-through metal detector operations. Every capability we deliver as an on-site service is also available as a course your own personnel can complete.
Our lead instructor is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who retired with honors from the Orange County Sheriff's Department bomb squad and has delivered Department of State-approved EOD training to foreign police services. Our K9 Instructor is a senior federal K9 handler and unit supervisor with international training experience. Our Tactical Operations and Threat Intelligence Instructor is an FBI Hazardous Devices School-certified bomb technician with Navy EOD / CEXC background and FEMA Center for Domestic Preparedness adjunct experience.
Yes. While most of our courses run out of the Houston, Texas metropolitan area, we regularly deploy to client agencies across the United States for on-site training, and we have delivered contracted instruction to foreign police services on multiple continents. Yes. With advance notice, we deploy vetted teams to provide on-site X-ray screening, walk-through metal detector operations, bomb threat analysis, radiation and explosives sweeps, and certified K9 detection teams at venues and events. Class sizes vary by course and are published on the training schedule. Most courses cap at 12 to 20 students to ensure hands-on time with instructors, equipment, and training aids. Smaller courses focused on render-safe, robot operations, or K9 handler evaluations often run even smaller to maximize repetitions per student.
Yes. Our student base includes local police and sheriff's department bomb technicians, state bomb squad members, federal agency personnel, National Guard and reserve units, and foreign police services training under Department of State-approved programs. Many curricula align with FEMA Center for Domestic Preparedness content and federal interoperability standards.
Yes. We provide explosives detection certification, handler development courses, odor recognition training, search pattern development, tactical K9 integration, and annual recertification programs for law enforcement K9 teams. Certifications follow established industry standards and can be tailored to align with your agency's accreditation requirements.

Our courses use the equipment your personnel will actually see in the field: Andros F6 and tEODor-class bomb robots, PAN disruptors, Golden Engineering and Scanna real-time digital X-ray systems, EOD 9/10-class bomb suits, commercial and inert training aids replicating current real-world devices, radiation detection tools (RIIDs and PRDs), and certified K9 teams.
